Smart Serve Training Program

The Smart Serve training program is designed to deliver information and training on the responsible service of alcohol. The program is proven to be beneficial to all individuals involved in the sale and service of alcohol beverages. The Smart Serve training is mandatory for: servers, bartenders, managers, licensees, door staff, security and golf course marshals. It is also recommended for special event planners and anyone who is involved in an event where alcohol is served.

The Smart Serve training program topics includes:

• Signs of intoxication
• Legal rights and responsibilities
• Civil liability
• Prevention and intervention techniques
• House policies and risk assessment

To become certified in the training program you have two options:
