Hand Hygiene at Work

Handwashing is the single most important way to prevent the spread of foodborne illness in the workplace. By washing your hands frequently, you wash away organisms you have brought from home, those picked up from other people and from contaminated surfaces in the workplace - including your own workstation. As a conscientious employee, you do not want to be the source of foodborne illness in the workplace - so wash your hands frequently.
