Young Workers - Health at Work

Canadian statistics show that 1 in 7 young workers are injured on the job. Leading causes of death among young people include machine injuries and electrocutions. Recently, almost 110,000 young people were seriously injured on the job in one year alone. These statistics mean injured young people (ages 1529) represent 1 in every 4 injured workers in Canada.
